Scheduling an AppointmentYou only need to remember one phone number to schedule an appointment at any one of our four offices: 913-491-5501. We offer our patients convenient office hours Monday through Saturday. New patients must schedule an appointment in advance and can usually be seen the same week. Established patients are asked to schedule an appointment in advance; however they can be seen for urgent medical problems at our Walk-In Clinics in Overland Park and Independence. As a courtesy to other patients and staff, we ask that you call our office as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. Patients needing allergy injections may choose to receive their injections at any one of KCAA’s satellite offices or at our main allergy injection clinic in Overland Park. Out of consideration for all patients, please remember that many of our patients have food allergies so we ask that you not bring food into the office. **NOTE: New patients being skin tested must stay off antihistamines for four days prior to their appointment.** As a courtesy to other patients and staff, we ask that you call our office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. This notification will ensure that you are not charged a no show or cancellation fee.
